Energy Regulators are recognized as robust and most reliable, providing a wide range of variants to match diverse applications such as Drying Cabinets, Wash Boilers, Boiling Rings, Hot Plates, Grills, Grill Boilers, Warming Cupboards etc. Energy regulation is achieved by varying the duty cycle (ON and OFF periods) of power applied to the heating elements using a parallel thermal actuator driving a snap-action switching mechanism which opens and closes the load circuit at precise time intervals. The proportion of the time “ON” to “OFF” can be varied, regulating the average power input and assuring a smooth output of heat. The mounting of Energy Regulator is very simple and it is done by registering lugs and threaded Bush (M 10 X 1 mm) which is tightened by a single nut.

* FEATURES :-

• Long duty cycle and short intervals between heating = greater average output, e.g. for heating up.
• Short duty cycle and long intervals between heating = smaller average output, e.g. for simmering.
• The output of the load can be set to between 6% to 85% of the rated output. Select highest setting for full nominal rating (100%).
• Infinitely variable control of the power supply.
